Business must integrate their invoices with ZATCA online system, it will allow the invoices to be transmitted to ZATCA after the issuance, enabling instant verification and approval. System will facilitate the users to do the necessary corrections for any exceptions raised by ZATCA.
It’s mandate by ZATCA, that all invoices should follow specific formats, typically PDF/A-3 with embedded XML.
Each invoice must have a unique cryptographic stamp and a QR code provide by ZATCA, it will protect against fraud and facilitates the traceability of each invoice
ZATCA’s regulations emphasize that the Business must make sure that the invoices are not only compliance but also make sure from tempering and unauthorize access. System will also facilitate the users to store the invoices locally and access them offline as and when required.
